L'Institut Médico-Educatif du Centre de la Gabrielle MFPass remporte le 3ème prix avec son projet « Lettres Savoureuses » lors des Rencontres de l’Institut Nutrition, à la Cité de la Gastronomie de Lyon.
L’Institut Nutrition - fondation d’entreprise de Restalliance créée en 2020 - porte l’ambition de produire des connaissances sur le comportement alimentaire des personnes fragiles pour innover et préserver le plaisir de manger. Convaincu que manger reste un acte singulier, porteur de sens, de plaisir et de convivialité, essentiel au bien-être général, l’Institut Nutrition se veut résolument innovant et inédit ; cette vision se manifeste au travers d’un prix de recherche, de projets de recherche collaboratifs sous forme de Living Lab et de rencontres d’experts.
Un projet original, intéressant et créatif.
Ainsi, l’IME du Centre de la Gabrielle MFPass s’est vu remettre la somme de 10.000 € lors de la cérémonie de remise des prix du 31 mai dernier. Cette récompense permettra la mise en place d’ateliers de médiation culinaire et littéraire au bénéfice d’un groupe de 15 jeunes en situation de surpoids ou d’obésité.
Pour l’occasion, Renata CHINALSKA-CHOMAT - Directrice du Pôle de l’IME, Floriane RODRIGUEZ - coordinatrice de l’unité ESCALE et Raphaëlle SOUBRIE-PAROLISI - monitrice d’atelier cuisine à CAP CHEF représentaient le Centre de la Gabrielle MFPass et recevaient le prix décerné par le jury dont la présidente, Sandrine MONNERY-PATRIS, a pu qualifier le projet d’original, intéressant et créatif.
Cuisiner différemment !
L’animation de ces ateliers visera à expérimenter une façon originale de cuisiner en intégrant d’autres formes de créations, notamment littéraires. Ces créations ont vocation à être partagées avec des élèves des écoles du milieu ordinaire de proximité.
De fréquence bimensuelle, l’atelier de création culinaire sera animé par une professionnelle de l’IME en lien avec une restauratrice de proximité (Charny) dans un esprit « fait maison » mais toujours gastronomique.
L’atelier d’écriture sera coordonné par un écrivain professionnel en résidence dans une scène labellisée, de préférence le théâtre de Chelles avec lequel le Centre de la Gabrielle coopère étroitement depuis plusieurs années.
Pour son démarrage dès la rentrée 2022, le partenariat artistique est en cours de mise en place sur CAP CHEF.
